I was never really the kind of person with the “at least I’m alive” thought process. I don’t know. I don’t think I’m normally negative or anything, but this whole stuff with my brother, I feel lucky for everything. It’s had a big impact on his perspective too. That bullet should have just gone right through his shoulder and hit his spine, killing him. But...

throughtheflames asked: I remember when, a while back, you were posting about your brother and how he was a marine and going overseas or something like that and I could relate because my brothers a marine too. I hope everything turns out okay, and that he has a quick recovery. I don't know what I would do if my brother ever got injured like that.
I’ve had such a hard time sleeping since all this stuff with my brother has been going on. This sucks. I gave him an ipod last night that my dad and I worked together to give him, and it has all the music from his old ipod on it too. But of course, because of all the drugs he’s on, he fell asleep right before my sister got back from getting it from the house we’re staying at....
